These fabric is elastic,so it difficuclt to control size in perfect.So first of all,we mainly use the AI cutting machine.We always clean sewing room and packing room regularly,put all cutting piece on pallet.All finished blanket into cart or shelf.And this product are sewn and packaged in a separately room to keep away other colors fiber,etc.We check each of blanket when packing, We mainly inspection size and stains.You can see below pictures as referebce.We will pick out all blanket that do not meet the standard.
